📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: NATIONAL ID REGISTRATION
The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) team will conduct another round of National ID Registration at Tulay Barangay Hall. This time, we are including children aged 1–4 years old.
📍 Location: Tulay Barangay Hall
👶 For Children Aged 1–4 Years Old:
Requirements:
- Original Birth Certificate or Live Birth
- National ID of both parents (parents must be present for biometric capture)
If parents are unavailable due to work:
- Authorization letter from the parent(s) with PCN (PhilSys Card Number)
- National ID of Authorized Guardian (guardian must be present for biometrics)
🧒 For 5 Years Old and Above:
Submit any of the following:
- Original Birth Certificate or Live Birth
- Any Valid ID (for adults)
- Barangay Certificate
- For married women: bring Marriage Certificate if the ID still reflects maiden name
