Tulay National High School would like to bestow our highest adulation to the Barangay Tulay Chairwoman Kap Leah Laput together with the whole barangay council for their Cash Assistance for this year’s Mr. and Miss Highschool Minglanilla 2024 of Tulay National High School.
As always, she endowed us her motherly love for her constituents, for the students and for the school.
