All players from all categories are required to submit the following requirements:

📝 REQUIREMENTS:
- NSO
- Voter’s Certificate
- ID (Back-to-Back)
- 2×2 Picture (Softcopy)
- Personal Details
📌 IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Players ages 15 and above MUST be registered voters.
- Players below 15 must submit the Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certificate of their parent/legal guardian.
📍 All players are required to visit the SK OFFICE
