To all participating teams and players, please be informed of the new rules for the Mayor’s Cup registration process:
1️⃣ All personal information must be PRINTED (typed/computerized) on the player’s registration form.
2️⃣ Only the player’s signature should be handwritten.
3️⃣ Each player must provide a formal 2×2 picture (recent and with proper attire, not a selfie).
4️⃣ Players are required to submit a clear back-to-back photo of their valid ID for verification.
5️⃣ For players below 18 years old, please include:
• Back-to-back valid ID of your parent/guardian
• Copy of your birth certificate
6️⃣ For players 18 years old and below who are not yet registered voters, proceed to the COMELEC office for registration and keep your voter’s registration receipt — this is a most important requirement.
📣 TEAM CAPTAINS, please relay this information to all your players.
These guidelines are implemented to ensure clarity, uniformity, and proper documentation for everyone joining the tournament.
