β€’ Must be a registered voter of Barangay Tulay
β€’ Newly registered voters must submit COMELEC Acknowledgement Receipt
β€’ Must attend the KK Assembly

B. 14 Years Old and Below
β€’ At least one (1) parent must be a registered voter
β€’ Must submit:

  • PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
  • School ID / Valid ID
  • Parent’s Valid ID

β€’ Team Line-up / Master List / Group Entry Form
β€’ Two (2) 2×2 ID pictures

β€’ Proof of KK Assembly attendance
